ABOUT THE LEADING LADIES SOCIETY

The Leading Ladies Society is a non-profit organization whose main purpose is to raise funds to provide educational scholarships and small business grants to women. The LLS is committed to enhancing the lives of all women by offering networking opportunities, mentoring (business, personal, & educational), support, and development.

The LLS’s defining principle is that women will be empowered if they are committed to living and loving life with Pride, Purpose, Passion, and always striving for Perfection. The LLS’s organizational culture promotes the 4-P’s. We have a vision to make a difference in the lives of ALL women and the passion to tackle it one woman at a time.

The LLS will operate with a global networking perspective. The LLS will seek to partner with established non-profit, for profit, spiritual based, educational, and private sector entities to develop and share resources to provide grants, scholarships, and services to its membership.

The LLS is unique in that it will operate solely on donated funds and will not require members to pay dues. Membership is open to any female, as it is a nondiscriminatory network that embraces all women regardless of race, age, religion, and/ or sexual orientation.

We are committed to living life with Pride, Purpose, Passion, & Perfection! We are a nondiscriminatory group that embraces all women regardless of ethnicity, religion, age, or sexual orientation.

VISION

The LLS’s vision is to maintain slow, steady growth in order to increase membership that reaches internationally. It is our desire that with constant partnering and networking, we will develop and grow a membership that has global reach. It is our ultimate desire that our message will be a movement as opposed to mere membership.

COLORS

PLATINUM and PURPLE

Purple symbolizes sensuality, spiritually, creativity, wealth, royalty, ceremony, wisdom, enlightenment, and pride. It has a special, almost sacred place in nature. Purple embodies the balance of red’s stimulation and blue’s calm. Purple uplifts and at the same time calms the mind and nerves.

Platinum symbolizes security, reliability, intelligence, modesty, maturity, and conservatism. It can impact a feeling at tradition or it can be modern. Platinum is a cool unifying color. It is glamorous and distinguished. Versatile it can be earthy and natural or sleek and elegant.

The two colors combined of complimentary in nature and join all of the characteristics that both colors offer together. United we can empower one another as we bring the best characteristics to offer.
