The trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never scoring [Bill Copeland]. This month, I challenge you all today to take an hour and set your goals. Make a daily checklist. Set a weekly schedule. Take steps to challenge yourself in being consistent. Stick to your plans and goals, and watch your life gain a little for freedom, day by day.
